My favorite Wes Anderson. It was the movie I watched that made me want to make movies and, for that, it will always hold a very special place in my heart.
A very poignant script that has a lot to say about grief, and family, and dysfunction. A wonderful study of a family falling apart and trying to come back together. It touches on so many emotions that I think many kids from divorced or broken homes feel, but it never feels melodramatic or overdone.
